For YouTube videos, the thumbnails are loaded from YouTube website itself. Right now, we use their small Thumb image size which is the reason for all your issues. Kindly get me your Server FTP access to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. So, I can update the solution directly.
