IE10 and IE11: video's won't play

Yes, you should convert your FLV videos to MP4(H264 for video codec and AAC for audio codec). Since you're going to upload your videos to YouTube, I think YouTube itself will convert your videos accordingly. But I've not tested this before. So, please try at your own risk 
All other files (like YouTube movies) won't open as well after this until you close the browser and start a new session.
- Does this happen only in IE or in all browsers ? Please make sure whether you have enabled caching in your Joomla's global configuration section.
