I come back yo you again before your answer !
I checked with an .flv file on my site, read by AllVideReloaded, and it also stops after 8 to 10 min !
The limitation is then a Joomla buffer size somewhere !
I will investigate and will let you know when I find an answer which may also be useful for other users. I would certainely be gratefull if you had an idea.

Things have evolved.
The limitation of ~60 Mo streaming (or download) is a limitation set up by my Hosting Cy, OVH in France. I try to solve this with them.
I have turned around the problem temporarily by hosting my videos on a separate server which does not present such limitations. Everything works properly, as far as I know.

All video share satisfies fully my expectations and I purchase a license.
