ALL VIDEO SHARE

I've installed everything and it looks correct, created a menu item for player and have created several videos, which show previews, but when clicked upon, the video does not play. It just displays a black screen.

I saw this problem on other posts in this topic, but there were no solutions that I could make out. Happy to provide admin info if necessary. Here is a link to one of the video pages: www.insideline.net/index.php/gycb-videos/video/garys-swim-jig

I've simply been loading videos directly from youtube.

It should be a Cross Domain issue. Just extract & upload the attached XML file to your server root and try playing the video again.

Sorry. I mean about the folder where www.insideline.net site files are located.

Okay - I believe I don't have access to that but my tech-guy will. I'll have him give it a go when he gets back to our office next week. Thank you.

Okay, I was able to upload the xml file you sent directly to the joomla root server but that did not solve the problem.

I contacted my technical support guy and he said from what he can see, even though I am selecting youtube as the video type, it is not calling up the actual youtube video, but instead is trying to call up the video from the Inside Line site. I'm not sure if that makes sense, but he sent me the error message codes he is looking at. Perhaps they will make sense to you?
