It will not allow my window mdeia video.... * .wmv was created by jk
While following the instructions line by line in the “Adding a Video” section. When I choose “General Upload” in instruction line # 3 “Type” I am presented with the following and I filled in accordingly:
Type: General Upload
Video: my-file-name.wmv
HD Video: my-file-name.wmv
Thumb: my-fileiname.wmv
Preview: my-file-name.wmv
After that I inputted the values per your instructions.
When I hit the “Save” button it states:
VIDEO: The file extension .WMV is not allowed!
What is the problem. I am using Joomla 3.3.3
