Can front-end users upload videos with this component? I just installed your component, set it up, then logged in as a regular user and can't find a way for my users to upload videos. Is the admin the only person who can add videos from the backend?

I think you have not added All Video Share's User Layout to your User Menu group.

Kindly follow allvideoshare.mrvinoth.com/adding-the-component-as-a-menu-item but instead of Category Layout, you need to select User Layout.
