I use AVS in modules too but I think I got it now actually. It turned out that I chose 'Popup' in the Layout, but when I switched to 'Classic', it worked just fine. The option for Autoplay was indeed already set to Off! Thank you anyway, and I'll get back to you if the problem re-occur!
