We used the above video page URL from your website to investigate the issue. It shows you are adding videos from YouTube. But, I guess you are adding it in using the wrong "Source Type" in our video form.
Kindly edit and open the above video in your back-end, change the "Source Type" to "YouTube URL", add your video URL in the "YouTube URL" field, save the changes, and check again.
