What Joomla Versions does the Component Support ?

The Component supports all major Joomla versions like 3.x within a single package. It means there is no separate package needed for each versions.

Is the Component Free ?

Yes, the component is free to use. But the player used by the component comes with a hardcoded text. We charge Basic $49.99 / Standard $99.99 to remove the text. We use this money on further developments.

How does the Support system work ?

We feel Forum is the best way of providing support. So, you can post all your issues in the forum and we will be replying you through it. Additionally, you can also contact us through admin@mrvinoth.com. In-case you feel any bugs with the component, we strongly recommend you to not post in the forum and complaint us at admin@mrvinoth.com. We assure you for the Reply / Solution within 18-24 hrs for any help or issues posted in the forum.

How does the AllVideoShare Licensing works ?

AllVideoShare Licensing works based on the Domain Name. For example, if your Domain name is mysite.com. The commercial key will work only for mysite.com. But at the mean time, the key will also work for all the sub-domains related to mysite.com. It means, the key will also work for www.mysite.com, forum.mysite.com, anysubdomain.mysite.com, etc…

How to get the Commercial License ?

Just use the Buy Now button from the site and Pay $49.99 or $99.99. After the transaction is complete, just mail to admin@mrvinoth.com along with your Paypal transaction ID and the Domain Name that should be licensed. Our Sales staff will reply you with your commercial key that need to be added in License section of the component admin. Adding the commercial key will enable to display your Own Logo over the Player. There is no any special package for the commercial users other than the Commercial Key.
