can't load video, just spins was created by maja

Hello,

I can see the video in modules, loader just spins, but never load movie. I can provide joomla admin password via private message or email, you can check what I did wrong. here is url pizza.restaurantswebsites.co.uk/index.php/pizza-house

The issue is with the Codec used by your Video. Just re-encode your video using Handbrake and try using the encoded video file.

Recommended output format is M4V or MP4.
