I tried 85.55.147.62/Braveheart.mp4 directly in my browser and found that the built-in Player from my chrome is also taking tooooo much of delay in playing the Video. Then, I tried the same URL with some other players and got the same result. Just to confirm the issue, Is there any possibility that you can upload your Video to some other servers and try to play it using Direct URL method...

Also, try re-encoding your video using Handbrake and use the encoded video file. Recommended output format is M4V or MP4.
