ALL VIDEO SHARE

Hi,

The video fits perfect when viewed on a computer however when viewed in mobile view on the iPhone the video goes outside the screen.

This is putting so many people off.

Please can someone help me.

- Go to Components => All Video Share => General Configuration.
- Find the config option "Responsive" and just enable it.
- Save the changes and try again.

Hi, My video does'nt seem to be showing anything. The sound works but no video is bieng displayed. I have checked everything. I use this same video on another video player and it works. I just need this sorted then I will be fully satisfied and then I will buy the pro straight away!

I doubt your video doesn't contain suitable video codec. Kindly you try re-encoding your video using Handbrake .

Recommended format : MP4 / M4V
Video codec : H264
Audio codec : AAC

Hi, I have just got to my computer now, downloaded that softwaere and converted it to the setting you have mentioned and still no video displays. When I play it on my phone it plays.

I really need this sorting out please.
