These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of the All Video Share software (“the software”) from this website. By purchasing the software, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
All Video Share is continuously innovating and developing the software further. You understand that the functionality of the software may change over time.
Plans, updates, and renewals
- Annual plan: includes access to software updates and support for one (1) year from the date of purchase. The plan does not renew automatically; to continue receiving updates and support after one year, you must place a new order. The software you have installed will continue to function after the plan period ends.
- Lifetime plan: includes access to software updates and support for the lifetime of the product.
- Support is provided for the software itself. We do not support localhost/development-only websites or websites which we cannot access for troubleshooting.
License
- Each purchase is valid for one (1) single domain only. If you need to use the software on an additional website, a separate order must be placed.
- For bulk licenses covering multiple domains, please contact us before purchasing.
- You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software or make it available for download by third parties.
Your content, responsibility, and copyright
- The software is installed and operated on your own website. You take full responsibility for the videos and other content that you publish using the software and for all consequences that may result from publishing that content.
- You agree to use the software only for content that is legal in the countries where you operate, and you confirm that you have all required licenses, rights, and permissions for any third-party material you publish using the software.
- All Video Share does not host, review, or control the content you publish using the software, does not promote any ideas or opinions, and specifically denies all responsibility related to content published using the software.
- You remain the full copyright owner of all content that you publish using the software.
No warranty
The software is provided “as is” and All Video Share does not provide any warranty or guarantee relating to it.
Refund policy
We provide a fully functional demo of the software for you to evaluate. If you are unsure whether the software fits your needs, please contact us before purchasing.
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- You bought the wrong plan and have not yet downloaded the software. Since we have no control over the software after it is downloaded, we treat the software as being in use once it has been downloaded. Please contact us for any plan switch-overs before you download the software.
- Issues related to hosting or installation which we could not fix, so that the software cannot be used on your website. We do not support localhost websites or websites which we cannot access.
- You were charged multiple times for the same order.
Liability
You agree that All Video Share is not liable for any direct or indirect consequences or losses that you may encounter. This includes 1) monetary losses, 2) loss of goodwill or reputation, 3) loss of opportunities, and 4) loss of information.
Changes to these terms
All Video Share may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase.
