Hi, I would like to know, how to remove the option for the viewers to download the videos.

People should only be able to video the videos and not download/save them.

Actually, we don't have download option in our component. But, I'm not sure where you get the download. Kindly guide me to recreate the issue.

Hi, Thanks for the reply. The "save as" option comes when someone right clicks on the video.

Since there is no option to attach a file so I am unable to send you the screenshot of the same.

Please suggest so that we can disable the "Save as" or to disable right click option.

Our Flash player version doesn't show option to download the video. Are you testing this in IE 10+ ? We use HTML5 video element for IE10+ and this comes from the browser itself. The solution is to disable the context menu on VIDEO element. Kindly mail me your server FTP access details to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. So, I can assign a developer to do this.
