This is a most common issue which I have already explained at allvideoshare.mrvinoth.com/forum/12-play...ues/13-common-issues

Solution : If your MP4 / M4V / MOV files cannot be seeked before they are completely downloaded, you will have to fix the MOOV atom (it contains the seeking information) located at the end of your video. Use this little application to parse your videos and add the necessary cue points.

Hello,
I installed "adobe air" and the application that you mentioned me. A continueción added the video and then press "Process". I waited for it to end.
Finally I added the video taking back the same result.

The video in question is 700 mb, try to cut a piece and see what happens. Happen the same thing, get on a server.
