I have a valid licence key and I want to show our own logo.
After setup as in your help file, I open my local website and click on a video and then the only thing that is happening is a rotating circle and the video is not starting.
What can I do wrong?

I've no clue why you're just seeing a rotating circle instead of video. Kindly upload your files in a live web server and get me the link. So, I can check what is going wrong.
