If I share the link with www. no problem and the thumb appears correctly

I will review how to correct that problem.

In contrast, in the video link that you have given me, it works fine without www

I don't get the issue here. It seems you've managed to solve this by removing WWW from the URL using .htaccess. Am I correct ?

Despite having made eso..yo still some problems when sharing videos. Sometimes it appears right thumb and the video description, and others in which the right thumb appears but the general description of the page is displayed, and others in which neither the thumb nor the text are correct with this video


For example both the thumb and the text is correct, in these videos,

If there are any errors, it should be something general, if not in some videos and not others

It seems you're using another social share extension(Codeboxr) which overwrites our OG tags and cause issues. Kindly try disabling the extension in our pages. But, still you would have issues when sharing the page due to Facebook cache. Kindly clear Facebook cache of all your URLs using tools.zenverse.net/clear-facebook-cache/

From the plugin System - Open Graph Protocol I have no option to disable acting on "All video share". Many components are disabled, but this doesn´t specifically.

Prior to this plugin, I also had this problem, even having erased the FB cache

Then, kindly contact the Plugin developer in this case. Or just disable the plugin completely and try clearing the cache again.
